Max Porter is a well respected chef based in Eumundi, on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Max was chef de cuisine at Siggis at the Port Office in Brisbane for four years from 1991 before embarking on a taste bud-watering world tour which took in Michelin-starred restaurants in France.

He returned to begin the acclaimed Max's Native Sun Cuisine in Noosa,  'A cool little BYO you tell your friends about.' After a seven year sojourn the restaurant was sold and has now specialised in gastronomic endeavors including unique food experiences, cooking classes and his boutique food range. Max's stand alone personality comes through in everything he does, making him the perfect choice for your next memorable event.
